We travel to Peru where is the bridge of Chamorro, part of the public investment project “Rehabilitation of Bridges Package 2 – lca and Piura (Chamorro Bridge and Access Roads and Salitral Bridge and Access Roads)”, which forms part of the contract for the reconstruction of the Salitral Bridge and Access Roads. a27> of the contract for the reconstruction of the Ministry of a36> Transport and Communications<\/a> awarded to the group China Railway Construction Co., Ltd. <\/a> in 2020.<\/p>\n

The bridge spans the river with a single span of a6> 160 m by means of a arch self-anchored type network. The composite steel-concrete deck consists of a metal framework with longitudinal edge beams with a double T-section connected by cross beams every 4 m, supporting a 30 cm thick concrete slab (8 cm pre-slab + 22 cm slab), with a double arch located at the edges of the bridge.<\/p>\n
