First run of the train on the Conagua viaduct

The first test run of the El Insurgente train recently took place on the last section of the Mexico-Toluca Intercity Train (TIMT) in Mexico City.

This cable-stayed railway viaduct, with a central span of 200 meters and curved in plan (radius of 800 meters), is located in Mexico City and is part of the TIMT railway line.
Its construction was carried out by ICA Ingenieros Civiles Asociados, and the design and geometric control during construction is the work of Pontix y CARLOS FERNANDEZ CASADO, S.L. (CFCSL) for the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport of the Government of Mexico.
